Imprint Orders:
All orders requiring an imprint must be confirmed and detailed in writing. Phone orders are not processed for imprint until received in writing, along with camera-ready artwork.
Repeat Orders:
If exact duplication is specified, always include a copy of the most recent invoice for that order. New art and copy may be required if the original order is more than two years old. Any artwork altered in any way is not considered a repeat order.
Less Than Minimum:
Add $25.00 unless otherwise specified.
Deadline Orders:
If order is needed for a special event, give required ship date. Overnight shipping may be required and will be billed accordingly.
Production Time:
Stock items: shipped within 24 hours. Imprinted Items: Normal production time for stock items with standard hot stamp are shipped 15-20 working days after receipt of written order. Additional time is required, generally 3-6 weeks, for silk-screened items and special art imprints. Call for specific details.
Rush Orders:
Every effort will be made to accommodate your shipping date requests at no additional charge (unless otherwise specified). However, when we incur additional costs in meeting your requested ship date, it may be necessary to bill for the rush service. Call for details.
Artwork/Graphics:
Camera-ready art is required. Any artwork required will be billed accordingly. We reserve the right to bill $30.00 for minor touch-ups and corrections as needed. Artwork supplied will be kept by the factory unless otherwise specified. Standard screens are $75.00 per color, standard hot stamp dies are $45.00, unless otherwise specified. Standard hot stamp die 8 sq. inches. Larger imprints, additional lines, art reproduction, and other imprinting methods are available as specified. Multi-color imprints may require color separated artwork. Call for details.
Imprint Colors:
Most standard ink colors are available. If a specific PMS color is desired, that will be billed at $40.00 per color, unless otherwise specified.
Proofs:
A paper proof is required on all imprinted orders and will be billed at $10.00 each, unless otherwise specified.
Run Charges:
Multiple imprints or colors requiring additional print runs will be charged at $.50 per item per run unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations:
After order is received for custom imprinted items will be billed for any charges incurred up to point of cancellation, ie: artwork, materials, etc.
Terms:
Terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 with approved credit. Finance charges are 1-1/2% per month on balances over 30 days. First time orders will require a 50% pre-production deposit enclosed with the written order or on any available credit card. Customer will be charged $25.00 for returned checks.
Invoicing:
Invoices are generally mailed to accounts payable department unless other instructions are provided.
Overruns And Underruns:
Every effort will be made to ship and invoice the exact quantity ordered. However, a 10% overrun or underrun must be considered a fulfillment of order.
F.O.B.:
All stock order prices are F.O.B. Rockville, MD except specialties which are F.O.B. factory and are pre-paid and added, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. All special orders are shipped "best way" and every effort is made to meet your specific ship dates. Please notify us of exact event date and authorize specific shipping that may be required.
Custom Orders:
Call or write for details regarding each custom order. Submit camera-ready artwork for custom logos. Delivery times may vary with each product and manufacturer, but is generally 4-6 weeks.
Purchase Orders:
Phone orders with purchase order numbers will be processed and held until receipt of confirming purchase order. Confirming orders via fax is acceptable.
Drop Shipments/Split Shipments:
Drop or split shipments are available for stock items at no additional charge. Special order drop or split shipments may be charged $10.00 per destination. Call for details.
COD Shipments:
Each COD shipment will be charged a $10.00 processing fee when applicable.
Returns/Restocking Fees (This applies to non- imprinted merchandise only.):
All returns must be authorized prior to being returned to factory and may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees for stock items are 10%, special orders may be more. Orders returned without prior authorization may result in loss of credit.
Credits:
Credits (for merchandise returned) will be held on account and applied to future orders unless otherwise requested.
Samples:
Samples under $10.00 will be sent at no charge. Samples over $10.00 will be shipped and billed. Invoice will be credited if sample is returned undamaged or if order is placed for this item.
